(August 21, 2013 – Vernon Hills, IL) Incredible Technologies (IT) announced today the promotion of two of the company's current employees to its executive management team. Beena Blake was named Vice President of Casino Gaming Sales and Tony DeFeo was named Vice President of Software Engineering.

Changes to the casino gaming sales team include the promotion of Jim Esposito to Regional Sales Manager for Illinois, Indiana and Michigan. The company also announced that the states of Minnesota, Iowa and Wisconsin will be handled by David Stone.

Beena Blake – Vice President of Casino Gaming Sales
Blake brings over 25 years of casino gaming experience to the company ranging from product sales, development and casino operations. Her experience also includes over 21 years holding various managerial roles at IGT. During Blake's time at IT as Regional Director, she oversaw the strategic rollout of the company's video slot games in California, Arizona, New Mexico and Nevada. Blake will now oversee the strategic market expansion of IT slots while leading the company's gaming sales organization.

Tony DeFeo – Vice President of Software Engineering
DeFeo joined IT in 1999 and brings over 17 years of gaming experience to IT with previous roles at Capcom and Konami. In his new role, DeFeo will be responsible for developing the software components that power critical technology applications, including the driving system behind the company's casino games.

Jim Esposito – Casino Gaming Regional Sales Manager (IL, IN, MI)
Esposito is making a transition to the gaming industry after serving as Regional Sales Manager for the Midwest/Eastern regions for IT's Amusement Sales Division since 2006. He is an active member in the IL route gaming community with and has helped in the successful rollout of IT's amusement products and update sales. As Esposito moves into gaming sales he will now cultivate relationships and grow sales the Midwest Region.
